Boiled pumpkin
Cut the pumpkin into bite-sized pieces and arrange them in a pot with the skin on top.
Breast, soy sauce, mirin, and sugar are brought to a boil before pouring.
Cover and simmer over low heat until soft.
Turn off the heat and leave for a while to add flavor.
Serve in a bowl and enjoy piping hot.
