Basic shrimp tempura
Peel the shrimp shells and stretch them straight, leaving the tail removed from the back cotton.
Sprinkle with 1 tsp of flour (1 tsp) on the tail and remove any excess.
Combine the eggs and cold water in a bowl and mix 1 cup of cake flour gently.
Heat the oil to 180°C, pour the shrimp into the batter and gently place it in.
At first, don't touch it and turn it harden and fry it for 1.5 minutes.
Once it's golden brown, drain the oil and eat with salt or tempura soup.
