Stewed leek and bacon soup

Combine the bonito stock, Happomibijin, roughly chopped green onions, and bacon in a tray or heat-resistant bowl. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and steam for about 30 minutes
Once steaming is finished, cut the green onions and bacon into bite-sized pieces, arrange in a serving dish, and you're done
