Simmered green onions and bacon soup

How to make it

Bonito dashi, chopped green onions, and bacon are combined with the bat or heat-resistant bowl. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and steam for about 30 minutes.

Once steamed, cut the green onions and bacon for easy eating, and serve in a bowl to finish.
