Grill the leeks in a frying pan until golden brown. (If the duck has a lot of excess fat, you can melt it in the pan and grill the leeks in it for an even more delicious taste.)
Heat [A] in a pot, add the duck meat and cook through
Add the boiled soba noodles, mix quickly, then transfer to a serving dish and top with grilled green onions and powdered sansho pepper
