Bake the green onions in a frying pan until they are browned. (If the duck has a lot of excess fat, melt this fat in a frying pan and grill the green onions to make it even more delicious.)
Heat [A] in a pot, add the duck meat and cook it.
Add the boiled soba noodles, mix them quickly, then transfer to a bowl and topped with grilled green onions and sansho pepper.
