Green onion ramen
It's delicious precisely because it's simple.
Thinly slice the green onions (white part) and spring onions. Soak the spring onions in water to make them crisp.
Toss the spring onions with sesame oil and soy sauce.
Put the ramen soup base into a warmed bowl and add 350cc of hot water to make the soup.
(I used the commercial "Tokyo Born Soy Sauce Flavor" for this recipe. Although it's inexpensive at about 50 yen per packet, it still makes a great, authentic soy sauce ramen. It's really delicious, so I recommend it.)
Add the boiled Chinese noodles to the bowl
Arrange the green onions and spring onions tossed in sesame oil in that order, sprinkle with black pepper, and it's done
