Green onion ramen
It's simple and delicious.
Shredded green onions (white parts) and green onions. Soak the green onions in water to make them crispy.
Add sesame oil and soy sauce to mix the green onions.
Put the ramen soup base in a heated dish and add 350cc of hot water to make the soup.
(The one I used this time was a commercial "Tokyo-born soy sauce flavor." Despite being cheap at around 50 yen per bag, it is fun to enjoy authentic soy sauce ramen. It's really delicious, so it's recommended.
Add the boiled Chinese noodles to the bowl.
Serve the green onions mixed with sesame oil and the green onions in the order, sprinkle with black pepper and you're done.
