Italian Fried Tofu

It has a delicious flavor with garlic, ginger, and green onions
How to make it
1

Place the tofu on a plate and let it drain for about 10 minutes.
Finely chop the garlic, ginger, and green onion, and remove the seeds from the red chili pepper and slice it into thin strips perpendicular to the grain.

2

Remove the shrimp's back vein, add [A] and mix well with your hands, then rinse thoroughly with water and wipe off the water. (This will remove any unpleasant odor and make the flesh firm.) After wiping off the water, season with [B]

3

Drain the drained tofu and cut into bite-sized pieces. Coat the entire surface with a moderate amount of plain flour, fry in hot oil for about 1.5 minutes, then remove to a tray

4

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan and fry the chopped garlic, ginger, green onion and red chili pepper. Once the vegetables have softened and become fragrant, add the prepared shrimp and continue frying

5

Once the shrimp is cooked, add the white wine, evaporate the alcohol, and transfer to a tray

6

In the same frying pan, heat the tomato sauce and bouillon soup. Once heated, add the fried tofu and once it is well mixed, add the shrimp that you had set aside

7

Finally, adjust the seasoning with [C] and serve on a plate, topped with chives
