Pasta with rape blossoms, clams and bamboo shoots

The aroma of bamboo shoots goes well with clam pasta. The clams are steamed in white wine beforehand. Don't forget to use the clam broth as the base of the sauce. When mixing the spaghetti, heat it a little longer to let the sauce soak in, for a unique finish
How to make it
1

Put the clams, white wine, and water in a pot, cover, and heat over high heat. Shake the pot occasionally and boil until the clams open, then reserve the broth. Finely chop the bamboo shoots and cut the rape blossoms into 2cm pieces

2

Bring a pot of water to a boil, add salt, and boil the spaghetti until it is slightly firm (with a core still slightly in the center). (Guideline: 1.5 to 2 minutes before the recommended cooking time. In this example, boil for 4 minutes 15 to 20 seconds.)

3

Heat A over low heat, and when the garlic turns golden brown, remove the chili pepper, add 1 and B in that order, and simmer for 4 to 5 minutes

4

Once everything is well combined, add the spaghetti and mix well

5

Add olive oil and mix lightly, then place on a plate and sprinkle with parsley to finish
