Tofu steak
Make sure to cook the tofu thoroughly on both sides.
Slice the silken tofu into 4 pieces. Julienne the green onion. Mix the sauce ingredients together
Coat the cut tofu in plain flour and fry in a frying pan with 1 tablespoon of salad oil until golden brown on both sides. Once golden brown, add 2/3 of the sauce mixture and mix well to coat. Remove to a plate
In the same frying pan, fry the chopped green onions. Once the green onions are soft, add the remaining sauce and sesame oil. Once it becomes a sauce, pour it over the tofu and it's done
