Tofu steak
Bake the tofu thoroughly on both sides.
Slice the silken tofu into 4 pieces. Shredded the green onions. Mix the sauce ingredients together.
Sprinkle the sliced tofu with cake flour and bake 1 tablespoon of salad oil in a heated frying pan until both sides are golden brown. If it's golden brown, add 2/3 of the sauce you've added, add the flavor and remove it on a plate.
Fry the cut long green onions in the same frying pan. Once the green onions are soft, add the remaining sauce and sesame oil, and when it becomes a sauce, pour it over tofu and finish.
