Here's a little trick for cutting tofu: since tofu has rounded corners, trim just a little bit off each side to give them sharper edges. It makes it look much more elegant.
Chop the Takana and takuan in small portions.
Place takana, takuan, and takoko on top of silken tofu, pour an appropriate amount of sesame oil and it's finished.
