Winter melon and minced meat maple
Peel the winter melon and remove the cotton, boil it softly until it sticks to a bamboo skewer, and cut into pieces.
Heat 1 tablespoon of scallion oil in a frying pan, add the condiments and fry. Add the minced meat to a point where the aroma is incredible and fry over medium heat to avoid burning.
Once the minced meat is cooked, add the sliced winter melon, sake, Chinese soup, bean paste, and soy sauce, cover and simmer.
Once the flavor has soaked in the winter melon, add sugar and bean savory sauce and thicken it with water-dissolved potato starch.
Finish by pouring chili oil and sesame oil in it and adding a scent to it.
