Stir-fried bitter melon and beef wrapped in lettuce

Both bitter melon and beef are perfect for replenishing stamina during the heat. It goes great with rice and is also recommended as a lunch box.

How to make it

Remove the bitter melon cotton with a spoon and rub with salt.

Once the bitter melon is soft, cut it into dice.

Once the beef has been cut into the same size as the bitter melon, heat 100cc of salad oil in a frying pan and pour in the oil.

Fry the condiments in a heated frying pan with 1 tablespoon of scallion oil. Once the scent is starting to stand, add bitter melon and Chinese soup, cover and simmer.

Once the bitter melons are tender, season with the seasonings [A], add the oiled beef and fry to remove any moisture. Finish by pouring sesame oil in it and adding red chili pepper to finish.

Use lettuce washed with water as a bowl and enjoy together.
