Boiled round eggplant and shrimp with salmon eggplant
Cook the seasoned shrimp with hot oil.
Chop the boiled eggplants you've prepared in advance and serve them on a plate.
Add sugar to the eggs and mix well, then pour 1/2 tablespoon salad oil into a heated frying pan and mix to make it into a minced form.
The stewed noodles are served on a plate, then fried shrimp and minced eggs, and it's finished.
