Udon with sweet potatoes and bean sprouts
Combine [A] in the pot and heat it.
Add boiled udon to the hot place.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and fry the bean sprouts. Once the bean sprouts are soft, lightly grill the seasoned fried tofu.
Place warmed udon in a bowl and pour the soup. Topped with bean sprouts and fried tofu, pour over green seaweed and it's finished.
