Combine [A] in a pot and heat
Once heated, add the boiled udon noodles
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and fry the pea sprouts. Once the pea sprouts are soft, lightly fry the seasoned fried tofu
Place the warmed udon in a bowl and pour the soup over it. Top with pea sprouts and fried tofu, and sprinkle with green laver to complete
