How to make it
1

Finely chop the white part of the leek and the green onions. Soak the green onions in water to make them crisp.
Mix the leeks with sesame oil and soy sauce.

2

Put the ramen soup base into a warmed bowl, then add 350cc of hot water to make the soup.
(The one used this time was the commercial-grade "Tokyo-born Soy Sauce Flavor." Despite being incredibly cheap at about 50 yen per packet, it lets you enjoy authentic soy sauce ramen. It's really delicious, so I recommend it.)

3

Add the boiled Chinese noodles to the bowl

4

Arrange the green onions and spring onions tossed in sesame oil in that order, sprinkle with black pepper, and it's done
