Scallops with a soy sauce
Mix the cod and sesame oil well.
Sprinkle a little salt on the scallops, cut into 4 equal parts, then drop them in hot water, marbled for about 10 seconds, and then pour them into ice water.
Wipe off the scallops thoroughly, add the shredded shredded shiso leaves to a bowl of [1] and mix well to finish.
