Tofu roe
This dish goes great with sake and white wine. It's very convenient because it can be stored in the fridge.
How to make it

Mix <A> in a pot and simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes.

Transfer to a vat, remove the heat and cool in the fridge.

Cut into easy-to-eat sizes and place on a plate. Pour the gel-like soup over top.

Add chopped orange peel and kinome buds to accent your taste and it's finished.
