Mushroom Sauce Fried Rice

Spread beaten eggs in a frying pan with scallion oil over medium heat and quickly add the rice.
Before the eggs have hardened, use the back of the ladle to beat and mix to make the rice and egg even.
Once the rice is crispy, add 2 tablespoons of mushroom sauce and stir-fry.
The mushroom sauce aroma is just right, and season with salt and pepper. To finish off, add a few drops of soy sauce and it's done.
