Mushroom Sauce Fried Rice

Heat scallion oil in a frying pan over medium heat, pour the beaten eggs in all at once, and quickly add the rice.
Before the eggs set, use the back of a ladle to beat the rice and eggs until they are evenly mixed.
Once the rice is cooked through, add 2 tablespoons of mushroom sauce and stir-fry.
Once the aroma of the mushroom sauce has come out, season with salt and pepper. Finish by adding a few drops of soy sauce.
