Duck sukiyaki
Be careful as ducks will become hard if they are overcooked.
Without oiling, heat the frying pan and grill the duck.
Once both sides of the duck are cooked, add the cut selves, which are easy to eat, and stir-fry, then add the combined [A].
Once the seasonings are boiling, add the cut long green onions that are easy to eat, and fry until the onions are light and soft.
