Duck Steam

Boil the soba noodles.
Grill both sides of the duck meat in a frying pan without oil.
Add the sliced green onions to a length of 2cm and brown them.
Heat [A] in a pot and add the grilled duck and green onions. Once it's boiled, add duck fat as a secret ingredient.
Transfer to a bowl while it's hot and serve with boiled soba noodles.
