Boil the soba noodles
Fry the duck meat on both sides in a frying pan without oil
Add the green onions cut into 2cm pieces and brown them
Heat [A] in a pot and add the roasted duck and green onions. Once boiling, add duck fat as a secret ingredient
Transfer to a serving dish while still hot and serve with boiled soba noodles
