How to make it

Cut the nori seaweed into small pieces and spread the rice on top. (You can use a rolling mat to roll it up nicely.)

Mix bonito flakes, soy sauce, and boiled Japanese pepper together and place on top of the rice (1)

Roll the rice up so that there is no air inside, and secure it by attaching rice grains to the edge of the nori seaweed

Cut into bite-sized pieces as desired and you're done
