Fisherman roll

There are various theories, but fisherman's rolls are wrapped in plain black seaweed so that rice is invisible, and is called fisherman's rolls because fishermen bring it as lunch when they fish.

How to make it

Cut the seaweed in small pieces and spread the rice on top. (You can use the shaved ball to make it neat.)

Mix the shaved bonito flakes, soy sauce, and boiled sansho pepper and place them on the rice [1].

Roll the rice to prevent air from entering, and place the rice grains on the edge of the seaweed to stop.

Cut it into pieces that are easy to eat if you like and it's ready.
