How to make it
1

Add lard to the mixed glutinous rice flour and sugar, knead, and let sit for 1 hour

2

Mix the flour and hot water together and knead well, then let it sit for an hour

3

Combine (1) and (2) that have rested for an hour and knead well. (The dough dries out easily, so wrap it in plastic wrap.)

4

Divide the dough into pieces about the size of a 500 yen coin. Spread them thinly and wrap the soft boiled chestnuts inside

5

Sprinkle with white sesame seeds and fry in oil at 160-170°C

6

Deep fry until golden brown and crispy, then serve on a plate sprinkled with pink sugar powder. Serve hot
