Spicy stir-fried duck

Cut the duck, eggplant and peppers into easy-to-eat sizes. Grill the duck in a frying pan without oil. Once it's lightly cooked, remove it.
Heat the duck fat in the same frying pan and fry the eggplant. Once the eggplant has oil in it, bring the peppers and the duck meat you've removed, add [A] and fry the whole thing.
Finally, add some chili oil to eat and it's finished.
