Floured potatoes
This dish has a gentle taste with a slight buttery aroma.
Cut the potatoes into pieces, cut them all the way through, put them on a heater from the water and cover them.
Boil softly for about 15 minutes until the chopsticks are easily stuck in, then remove from the heat and discard any remaining water. Add butter and salt, cover and hold and shake the pot well.
Once everything is mixed together, it's finished.
