How to make it

Cut the potatoes into sticks about 5mm and soak them in water for about 10 minutes to drain.

Heat the frying pan and fry the potatoes over high heat without adding any oil. Once it's a little transparent, add [A] and fry to remove any moisture.

Finish by sprinkling black pepper and adding aroma with dark soy sauce to finish.
