Potatoes
Cut the potatoes into 5mm strips, soak in water for about 10 minutes and drain
Heat a frying pan and fry the potatoes over high heat without adding oil. When they become slightly translucent, add [A] and fry until the water evaporates
To finish, sprinkle on some black pepper and add some dark soy sauce to flavor it
