Basic Menma
Heat 2 teaspoons of sesame oil in a frying pan and fry the red chili peppers. When the chili pepper smells, add boiled menma and fry over high heat to remove any moisture.
Once the sesame oil has become familiar to the entire menma, add the <A> seasoning. Add enough water to cover the menma to the top and simmer.
Remove with aluminum foil, cover and simmer over medium heat for about 40 minutes to an hour, then let the flavor soak in and it's finished.
