Steamed salmon
Thinly slice the onion and make small cuts in the caps of the shiitake mushrooms
Lay out a long sheet of heat-resistant plastic wrap and place the sliced onion and shiitake mushrooms in the center. Place the salmon on top of the vegetables, then top with butter and drizzle with dark soy sauce, sake, and water. Add the green beans, cover with the surrounding plastic wrap, and seal tightly with a rubber band
