White beans and shrimp salad
Use soft, boiled white beans.
Slice the purple onions and onions thinly, soak them in water for about 5 minutes, then drain well.
Peel the shrimp, remove the tail and spine, and quickly boil.
Put the white beans, purple onion, onion and shrimp in a bowl, add [A] and mix the whole thing.
