Stir-fried fried jellyfish with stew
Return the jellyfish in water and boil for 5 minutes, then remove any hard shafts.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and fry the jellyfish. Once the oil has flowed through the jellyfish, add a pair of alphabets and fry to remove any moisture.
Finally, add a flavour with sesame oil and it's finished. Serve in a bowl and topped with white sesame seeds.
