Chilled ramen
This is a simple and refreshing Chinese ramen with the aroma of sesame oil

Cut the roast ham and bamboo shoots into thin strips
Boil the Chinese noodles, rinse under running water and drain well
Place the boiled noodles in a bowl and top with the simmered wood ear mushrooms, ham, bamboo shoots, and radish sprouts. Pour in the combined ingredients (A), sprinkle with black pepper, and it's done
