Return the jellyfish in water, boil for 5 minutes, remove the hard shaft, and then cut into shredded pieces.
After letting the rice go to water for 30 minutes, drain it and place it in a clay pot for one person.
Pour bonito soup stock into a clay pot, add jellyfish, and heat. Mix well to prevent the rice from sticking to the bottom of the pot.
Once the rice starts to boil and the rice starts to spin around, use two chopsticks to create a base, cover with a lid, and heat it for 20 minutes.
When it becomes porridge-like, pour in some chili oil.
