Sweet potato grilled butter
Slice the sweet potatoes into 1cm thick slices and steam for 15 minutes.
Without oil in the frying pan, grill the steamed sweet potatoes. Once browned, turn it over, place it in quarter-sized butter and lightly melt it.
After transferring the sweet potatoes to a plate, add dark soy sauce to the same frying pan and warm it. Pour the sauce you made over sweet potatoes and finish it.
