Sweet potato grilled butter
Cut the sweet potato into 1cm thick slices and steam for 15 minutes
Fry the steamed sweet potatoes in a frying pan without adding oil. Once browned, flip them over and place the butter, cut into 4 equal parts, on top and let it melt slightly
After transferring the sweet potatoes to a plate, add the dark soy sauce to the same frying pan and heat it. Pour the sauce over the sweet potatoes and they're done
