Oyster Gratine

The oyster opens and takes it out. Wash the flesh and shells thoroughly with running water and remove any water.

Quickly boil the spinach in salt, then remove the coarse heat and cut it into 3cm lengths without removing it in cold water.

Heat butter in a frying pan and add the spinach. Saute with salt and pepper, for about a minute, then place equally on the shells.

Place the oyster meat on top of the spinach, pour salt and pepper on it, then pour olive oil in 1 tablespoon at a time. Finally, pour 1 teaspoon of melted butter in one teaspoon.

Bake in an oven at 200°C for about 10 minutes, then pour in Italian parsley and lemon juice to finish.
