Oyster Gratine

You can also sprinkle some powdered cheese on top to taste
How to make it

Open the oysters and remove the meat. Wash the meat and shells thoroughly under running water and drain

Quickly boil the spinach in salted water, then let it cool without transferring it to cold water and cut it into 3cm lengths

Heat the butter in a frying pan and add the spinach. Season with salt and pepper and sauté for 1 minute, then place the spinach evenly among the shells

Place the oyster meat on top of the spinach, sprinkle with salt, pepper and breadcrumbs, then drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil on each side and finally drizzle with 1 teaspoon of melted butter on each side

Bake in a 200°C oven for about 10 minutes, and when golden brown, garnish with Italian parsley and lemon juice
