Steamed cod

Season the silver cod fillets with salt and pepper. When the water comes out, drain it with boiling water.

Slice the silken tofu into thin slices and spread it on a plate. Place the silver cod with hot water here.

In a frying pan made with heated scallion oil, fry the chopped <A>.

Add sake, salt and sugar to the fragrant garlic aroma. Once the sugar has dissolved, place this generously on top of the silver cod.

Cover with plastic wrap and steam in a steamer for 4-5 minutes. Once warmed, scatter some small slices of assatsuki to finish off.
