Cauliflower puree soup

Parboil the cauliflower beforehand. (If possible, after parboiling, it's a good idea to soak it in a basic vegetable soup to absorb the flavor.)
Put the cauliflower and basic vegetable soup in a blender and puree
Heat the puree in a saucepan and add the sugar and salt
Garnish with thinly sliced sun-dried tomatoes for an accent and you're done
