Breakfast and green onions skewers
Make a lattice cut into the skin of the berry. Do not pour oil into the frying pan, press the skin against it to brown it. Cut the long green onions into 2cm lengths.
Cut the tanned skin into 3 equal parts. Alternately sprinkle yellowtail and green onions on skewers, and sprinkle salt evenly throughout.
Light the frying pan again and grill the skewers without adding any oil. After grilling both sides, sprinkle with sake and when the water has evaporated, it's finished.
