Breakfast and green onions skewers
Cut a grid pattern into the skin of the yellowtail. In a frying pan without adding oil, press the skin side down and brown it. Cut the green onion into 2cm lengths
Cut the cooked yellowtail into thirds. Thread the yellowtail and green onions alternately onto skewers, and sprinkle salt evenly over the entire surface
Heat the frying pan again and grill the skewers without adding oil. Once both sides are golden brown, sprinkle with sake and let the water evaporate before serving
