Bamboo miso meat sauce grilled with kinobus flavor

How to make it

Slice the bamboo shoots to a thickness of 7-8 mm and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Put olive oil and butter in a frying pan, melt it, and add ① to bake until golden brown. Place foil on the batter and place the bamboo shoots on top.
