Basic tart dough

Be sure to sieve the flour before adding it. Even after adding it, mix it in so that it incorporates air, which will result in a crispy tart crust
How to make it
1

Cut the butter into small pieces and place in a bowl and let it come to room temperature

2

Gradually add the powdered sugar and mix well with a whisk until the mixture turns white

3

Add the whole eggs and vanilla extract and mix. Once everything is well mixed, add the sifted flour. Once combined, cover with plastic wrap and let rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes

4

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, press it into a tart shape, and poke holes with a fork

5

The dough will rise, so cover it with aluminum foil and pour in the rice to use as a weight. Bake in an oven at 180°C for 20 minutes

6

Remove from the oven and let cool
