Basic tart dough
Cut the butter into small pieces and place in a bowl to bring it to room temperature.
Add the powdered sugar little by little, and mix well with a whisk until it becomes whitish.
Add the whole egg and vanilla extract and mix. Add the shimmered flour to the well-mixed whole mixture. Once they are all wrapped, wrap and let them rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Use a rolling pin to tighten it into a tart mold and drill a hole with a fork.
The dough will swell, so cover it with aluminum foil and pour in rice to make it a weight. Bake in an oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and heat it out.
