Octopus walnut mix

Heat 1 tablespoon of salad oil in a frying pan and fry the walnuts from [1]. Once the scent has started to stand out, remove it from the frying pan, press the bowl against it from above to crush it into small pieces.

Fry the crushed walnuts in a frying pan again with [1]. Once the whole thing is dark brown, add maple syrup and mix well.

Mix the octopus cut into bite-sized pieces and the walnuts from [2] well while still hot to complete.
