How to make it

Peel the figs and roast them over an open flame until browned on the surface

Once the figs are cooked, cut them into bite-sized pieces

In a bowl, mix the sesame dressing with bonito stock. Pour this over the figs (2) and it's done

  • Bonito dashi
    3 tablespoons
