Pork and pumpkin mixed rice
Peel the pumpkin, cut it into small pieces, and microwave until soft (approximately 5 minutes). Heat a frying pan and add the ground pork. When it starts to change color, add the pumpkin and continue frying.
Add A and stir fry until well combined, then remove from heat. Add the contents of the frying pan to the rice in a bowl and mix.
Make the omelet topping by adding cream to beaten eggs and frying in a frying pan with melted butter.
Place the rice and omelet on a plate, pour ketchup over it, and garnish with fukujinzuke pickles, if desired.
