Mixed pork and pumpkin rice
Peel the pumpkin, cut into small pieces, and microwave to soften it (approximately 5 minutes). Heat the frying pan and add the ground pork and fry. Once the color changes, add the pumpkin and stir-fry again.
Add A and stir-fry, then remove from the heat when everything is mixed. Add the contents of the frying pan to the rice in a bowl and mix.
Make an omelette for toppings. Add fresh cream to the beaten eggs and bake in a frying pan with butter melted.
Place rice and omelette on a plate and pour ketchup over it. Serve with Fukujinzuke if you like.
