Western-style boiled pumpkin

We have added butter to the classic pumpkin dish, a stewed roe, and arranged it in a Western style. Pumpkins contain a lot of starch and are prone to falling apart, so if you chamfer them, they will not easily fall apart and give them a beautiful appearance.

Remove the seeds of the pumpkin and cut them all together. Peel the skin so that there are some green parts left, and chamfer them to prevent them from falling apart.
