Ice cream tempura

Slice the bread into thin pieces so that it can be easily wrapped around the ice cream. Cut off the ears.
Scoop up the vanilla ice cream with a spoon, place it in the center of the bread and wrap it tightly.
Apply a batter, place in oil heated to 170°C and fry quickly.
Once the surface is slightly deep-fried, pull it up and serve on a plate.
