Radish with vegetable rice
Remove the tip of the radish leaves and use only the leaf portion.
Add a pile of salt to the boiling water and boil the radish leaves. Remove in about 2 minutes, place it in a colander and once the heat has subsided, squeeze out the water and chop it finely.
Without oil, place the frying pan over high heat, add [3] and then roast. Dissolve with chopsticks, add a pair of salt and stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes.
Remove from the heat and remove any moisture with the residual heat. Once the heat is gone, add it to rice and mix.
Fill it into a rice ball mold and mold it into a bale shape.
