Heat olive oil, red chili pepper, and garlic in a frying pan and fry the shiitake mushrooms
Add the shrimp and sprinkle with salt and coarsely ground black pepper
Flambe (ignite) the white wine and brandy to add flavor, then add the tomato sauce and simmer
Serve on a plate, drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with parsley to finish
