Shrimp sauteed tomato

Add olive oil, red chili peppers and garlic to a frying pan, heat it, and fry the shimeji mushrooms.
Add the shrimp, sprinkle with salt and coarsely simmered black pepper.
Flavé (fires and adds flavor) with white wine and brandy, add tomato sauce and simmer.
Place on a plate, sprinkle with lemon juice, sprinkle with parsley and you're done.
