How to make it

Boil the penne until it is slightly firm. (Approximately: about 1 minute before the displayed time)

While boiling the penne, place A in a small pot and heat until all ingredients have melted.

Put the boiled penne in a small pot and tangle it together, add Parmesan cheese, mix, and serve it on a plate to complete it.
