Black sesame spring rolls
Cut the spring roll wrapper in half to make a semicircular shape. Place 10g of black sesame paste in the center of the wrapper
Squeeze 10g of sweet potato paste on top of the black sesame paste
Roll it up starting from the front and use flour paste to seal the filling so it doesn't leak out
Heat the frying oil to 160-170°C and gently place the pieces into the frying pan while shaping them. Fry while pouring oil over them until they are evenly golden brown. Once the surface is crispy, remove from the pan and place on a wire rack to drain the oil. Cut into bite-sized pieces and arrange on a plate
