Fillet the nametagarei fish into about four pieces, then separate the meat and roe. Make small cuts along the skin
Place aluminum foil on a baking tray and spread butter on it. Arrange the shimeji mushrooms (1) on top, then place in a toaster oven and bake for about 20 minutes
Remove from the toaster oven, add the desired amount of mayonnaise and bake again in the toaster oven for about 10 minutes
Remove from the toaster oven and place on a serving plate
