Freshly cooked rice

This is the perfect spring menu where you can enjoy the scent of the cherries. This time I used a small pot, but you can also increase the amount and make it in a regular rice cooker.

How to make it

Place the soaked rice and water in a small pot and heat over high heat. Once the boiling occurs and small bubbles appear, turn off the heat and settle it down, then turn it low and cook for 8 minutes.

Cut the salmon and salted pork into bite-sized pieces, place them in [1], cover, and steam them for about 5 minutes.
