Place the soaked rice and water in a small pot and heat over high heat. Once the boiling occurs and small bubbles appear, turn off the heat and settle it down, then turn it low and cook for 8 minutes.
Cut the salmon and salted pork into bite-sized pieces, place them in [1], cover, and steam them for about 5 minutes.
Mix [A] to make a sauce and pour it over rice if you like.
