Green Peas Seaweed Rice
Boil the green peas in hot water with salted water for about 1-2 minutes. Open the colander and leave it in running water for a while.
Place the soaked rice and water in a small pot and heat over high heat. Once the boiling occurs and small bubbles appear, turn off the heat and settle it down, then turn it low and cook for 8 minutes.
Add the green peas to [2] and steam for about 5 minutes.
Just before eating, top with seaweed and mix with [A] if desired.
