Warabi and agar stick chicken style

Put the strawberry and baking soda in a bowl and pour boiling water enough to soak. Leave as is and when the temperature of the water drops to room temperature, rinse it off under running water.

Drain the warabi and cut it into 3-4cm long.

In a bowl, add the strawberry agar, add salt and sesame oil and mix.

Use the chicken sauce from the stick stick into a bowl and place [3] on top.
